OUR BESPOKE SERVICE
Our bespoke wedding stationery service begins by us talking though your ideas with you and getting a clear understanding of how your wedding is to be styled (e.g. venue, theme, colours, personal touches etc). If you live locally we prefer to do this face-to-face, but if not it can be done over the phone and via email.
Following your free consultation, we will create some initial concepts for you. Before we begin this work, however, we kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure your booking and cover the preliminary concept design costs.
When we have received your booking deposit, we will get back to you within an agreed timescale with your initial concepts.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred design, we will create the first proofs of your wedding stationery package. Since your wedding stationery is bespoke, it is not until this stage that we are able to provide an estimate of print and production costs.
When you’ve approved the final design, we will ask you to provide the final details of the wedding to create the final proofs for sign-off (sometimes this can be done in three stages e.g. stage one – save-the-date cards, stage two – wedding invitations and stage three – on-the-day stationery, depending on the time between sending out save-the-date cards and the wedding date).
When you have signed off your final proofs for printing, we will ask for the final balance (design, print and production costs, less your deposit). Once this is paid your items will be sent to print.
The print to delivery time depends on the intricacy of your design, but generally we would say to allow 3-4 weeks for production.
